We can give them a second home and a new life in most situations. Ultimately, we want to cut down on the overall carbon footprint while we offer an affordable and dependable service. We have secured relationships with recycling and charitable organizations through the Aurora area to do our best to keep your furniture out of landfills. We know we cannot salvage every item of furniture, but we take steps to be as proactive as we can to improve the state of the environment by finding ways to reuse or recycle furniture items.
We handle a wide variety of recycling. For example, we take care of the recycling of wood, electronics, styrofoam, mattresses, metal scrap, medical equipment, cell phones, printer ink, cardboard, paper, plastic, and glass. Think of all of the items that you have been wanting to get rid of in your house but have been unsure how to do so safely and responsibly. We will take the items from your home so that you can purchase new ones or enjoy a more minimalist décor.
There are some items, however, that we cannot take, however. It’s important to know about these items. They include household hazardous chemicals, dirt, stone, brick, cement, and pianos. There are other options for ridding your home of these items, but we don’t handle them.
We charge $300 for a quarter truck pickup, $450 for half a truck, and $650 for a full truck, which is a 16-foot box truck of 38 cubic yards. We have a few other fees as well: traveling outside the Denver metro area starts at $25, and our apartment or condo service is $75. Televisions and CRT monitors vary in price according to size, from $25 to $100.
